Ingredients

  • 50ml Discarded Cascara Vermouth
  • Discarded Citrus Husks
  • Handful Berries

How to make

  • Muddle citrus and berries together in a shaker, then pour in Discarded Cascara Vermouth.
  • Shake ingredients over ice.
  • Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with citrus wedges and berries
