Ingredients

  • 50ml Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • 50ml Soda
  • Handful overripe / mushed mixed berries

Method

  • Muddle the berries in a shaker with Vermouth.
  • Double strain into wine glass over ice.
  • Top with Prosecco and soda.
