  • Discarded Citrus Husks
  • Handful Berries

Method

  • Muddle citrus and berries together in a shaker, then pour in Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth.
  • Shake ingredients over ice.
  • Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with citrus wedges and berries

Serve

  • Garnish with citrus wedges and berries.
