Ingredients for the spent coffee liqueur:

- 250g Spent Coffee Grounds

- 250g Sugar

- 250g Boiling Water

- 250ml Discarded Grape Skin Vodka

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Fill 3/4 with ice, close and shake for 10 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
