Ingredients

  • 50ml Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth
  • 25ml Campari
  • 50ml Ginger Ale
  • 75ml Soda
  • Handful Overripe Mixed Berries

Method

  • Add the vermouth, Campari and berries to a shaker
  • Muddle, then add ice and give it a quick stir.

Serve

  • Fine strain into a highball glass over ice.
  • Add ginger ale and soda.
  • Gently stir and serve.
